GT 7/5: MIN @ SOX, The day after

It’s still depressing to me Kopech went from having incredible stuff to now having 93-94 on most his fastballs.  Would much rather he take the Cease path and go 5 innings a start with elite stuff.

  • People need to start accepting this team just isn’t good. They’ve given us no reason all year to think it’s a playoff team.   The rebuild is in peril.

  • Reinsdorf needs to sell. He doesn’t give a shit about anything besides trying to win on his own terms.  Him and Tony just need to leave this franchise and go b**** about the status of the game elsewhe

I'm at the lowest point of my fandom as an adult. That's all. A very solipsistic view but one I'm sure is shared by quite a few people around 30-50.

He’s clearly not the same pitcher as earlier in the season. They need to IL him and give the rotation spot to Reynaldo for awhile

Man Kopech throwing 93, what the fuck is going on

He’s throwing more innings than he has since 2018 would be a pretty good reason.

Stone and Jason talking about anything but the game. They know this team is done.

Love that Menechino is comfortable . No accountability with this organization.

It’s funny because his fastball reminds me of Reynaldo’s, when he started.  Kopech was better life to his but the velocity drop was more than expected.

Why can't Davis Martin get kopechs starts through the ASB.

As stated earlier it's so f'ing simple to see this coaching staff needs to all go.

TA woulda been safe if he touched the front of the bag. Once again, pulling the ball weakly with RISP

No  adjustments whatsoever.  Invariable grounds the ball to the left side with RISP and goes the other way with nobody on.  Should try to hit the ball the other way also with RISP.  Also no patience, hardly ever walks and he is lead off hitter…

I said this yesterday but if they fire him now, they lose their scapegoat for when the season ends.  God forbid the media focus on why Hahn still has a job.

It has to be torture for them.  I can turn this off.

The offense didn't show up for the biggest series of the season. It isn't like they are facing Cy Young type guys

Maybe Im dumb/naive/all of the above, but I still think the talent is more than sufficient on this team and a manager and hitting coach change would turn this team around

Keep wishing dude. Our fanbase is basically stuck in baseball hell right now. At least Angels fans have a couple absolutely dominant players to go along with their horse shit owner and team.

Tigers getting red hot just in time to put the Sox out of their misery.

Welp the only offensive threat having an off night.

But they are facing RHP.  That’s enough to shut down this team.

It’s obvious a new manager needs to take over, unfortunately that won’t happen until the off-season.

Alright gents and ladies. I can't do this to myself anymore. I'm out for a while. I can't keep getting pissed off and ruining my night and caring more then the players/organization.

Much respect to you all...

Over/under 1.5 strikes taken looking for Yoan this AB?

Really good swing!  That looked like 2019 Yoan.

Yoan's career numbers with RISP are excellent ? love having a reliable run producer like that in the middle of the lineup

Now he'll get picked off at 2B

Atta boy, Yoan.

Bonus: with 2 outs he can run on contact without worrying about tagging up.

His EV's have been great since coming off  the IL. He's about to start hitting
