    Example #1

  • Wow I thought that was gone.  Fire Tony

  • Is there a tutorial somewhere on the proper use of the "Hawk" emoji?  I finally got somewhat of a handle on the "newish" fire emoji and then another one gets added.  I don't want to offend, unnecessar

I mean it was obvious he was pressing.  He was trying to win it himself instead of trusting his teammates.  Weird how that happens on a team with zero leadership at the top, right?

Who is to trust on the team? Especially the people hitting behind him

So why is it Abreu at 35 can play everyday even though you know he is hurting, but the young guys need multiple days off a week?

Maybe that is a clue as to one of the many things wrong with this team.

There's zero cohesion and communication on the coaching staff, and that includes the trainers. It can't be a "lost in translation" thing because Jose never seems to have any problems knowing how to communicate when he's hurt and when he's sore.

I remember ReyLo had a silly tough guy moment a couple years ago as well where he hurt himself trying to tough it out. Those things just shouldn't happen it's 2022 there's so much science and money in this sport you have to be able to have a open and useful line of communication with every guy on staff and every player -- on injuries, life, everything.

Good things happen when Robert pulls the ball in the air ?

Torkelson struggled with a pop up like that earlier in the season. Good on him to improve.

ROBERT!

Robert's raw power is absolutely incredible when he squares one up like that jeeeeeez

Too bad the Sox can't face lefty starters every night

That ball Robert hit is going to be flat on one side now

If Abreu gets to decide who plays, can we make him manager?

I'm all for that! The guy is a warrior. The young guys on this team who need to rest all the time could learn a few things from him.

Big night coming for Eloy, TA, Robert and Abreu.

Homers are back with Robert’s first inning blast.  Good way to start.  Normally we win at home when we hit homers.

I'd be totally fine making him manager  tmr.

Not sure how Schoop didn't beat that out, but I'll take it

Eloy was hitting behind him and has looked good in his return.

I fucking love the hawk sticker. we just need a "you gotta be bleepin' me" button now.

I think everyone on Soxtalk gave up. Game thread is abandoned.

I'm glad Harrison has developed into a likable player

If Josh wasn’t showboating to 2nd he might have made it to 3rd

Cant remember a game thread this dead...guess that happens when they take an early lead. ...
