TLR is a genius. If he doesn’t start Leury over Engel, then Leury is the guy inserted in the 3 hole and Engel doesn’t hit in that spot. I can’t believe we have been underestimating his mastermind abil

  • Madrigal gets that easily

  • Keep winning. Fire Tony.

Start of the big night for Leury right here

Pollock is so hard to watch. Really hope they can unload him.

All the progress he had made the previous seasons seems long gone

Again, the Sox players always regressing.  It's maddening.

Those are the moments Pollock has to come through considering how useless he is vs RHP

Pollock 4 for his last 22, that was a short lived 'resurgence'

Pollock and a flyer prospect to the Yankees for Gallo, please

Better to keep waiting on Gallo if you're NY.

Didn't seem to effect his hitting though. Coming into tonight he had 3 3 hits games in a row.

Hopefully it's not that bad.  Maybe it only affects him when he's exerting himself while running but not when he's standing in the box?  I don't know...

Leury playing this much on a supposed contender is so pathetic

Sigh

Leury popping up a hanging change up...

Gets a high change up and does nothing with it.  This game is the perfect example of why this team stinks this year.

Leury's big night will be against the bullpen I guess, huh Stoney

pollock been horrible for weeks

leury been horrible his entire mlb career

Smeltzer could do nothing but throw the ball down the middle of the plate and Leury still made bad contact

Gracia fails again.

Did Luis Robert have covid? Isn't one of the lingering long haul symptoms dizziness?

The key word being "supposed."

Sox back to its old tricks after a promising start to the game.

- Robert misplaying ball in CF.

- Anderson bad throw to first opening the flood gates to two runs.

- Anderson swinging at balls and pulling the ball on the ground with RISP.  Not even looking at going the other way.

- Moncada taking a 3rd strike with a man at third.

- Robert out with lightheadedness?

It is hard to catch the Twins with so many handicaps.

Just one bizarre thing after another with the Sox this year, it would make a good episode on The Twilight Zone.

Benetti brought up his high pitch count like it's a good thing. It's not...you'd rather face Smeltzer than the Twins bullpen.

The lack of power in this lineup right now is ridiculous.

He had COVID like a month ago.

An entire roster built out of guys who are best suited for 1B or DH and they don't hit for any power or draw walks. Way to go, Rick Hahn
