Not a formula for winning.  Maybe too late for changes this season, but a big change needs to happen off season. The roster needs to be reconstructed to better suit GRF. More power, more lefties, more fly ball hitters, better OF defense for starters.

Put up a ~128 wRC+ for half a decade and you're Jose Abreu or Paul Konerko. No one was really complaining about either of those guys. Vaughn's quality of contact is very good so I don't think he'll be a .160 ISO guy forever anyways.
