  • It's amazing how soft the "ra-ra" crew is. You aren't anywhere to be found when shit gets bad, but when they win a game, you're here to tell everyone the "Sox are back!!!111"  Charmin soft

The Sox did not make Verlander work but I dont mind the AB's in the 1st. Balls were hard hit with a good approach

Suck my fist ump

This ump is Fucking trssh

Every single time a player check swings, it's called a ball. You might as well check swing when the ball is down the plate

Ka chow

Wow. Phew.

The Sox have a very aggressive approach at the plate tonight.

Yaz hasn't been getting a generous zone at the plate lately. That pitch wasn't even close.

There are two completely different zones in this game.

it's been like....good aggressive at least

Grandal has actually been close to a league average hitter since the start of July, which feels impossible.

as we've always said, well disciplined at bats from our guys

Just like last year.  He's a second half hitter.

Verlander's slider is a pretty good pitch, too.

Still no power to speak of and the underlying metrics don't suggest it's coming. But walks and singles are enough to be a good hitting catcher.
