Cleveland's announcers think they're headed towards first place?! They must be watching a different team than I am. Francona is magical, but I don't think he's that magical.

There is nothing impressive about Cleveland. Or Detroit. Or Minnesota. Now let's see if the Sox can get to .500.

  • You could hang these last two kopech starts in a museum. Perfect team wins.

  • Frazier looks like a good pickup. I do not want him playing CF very often but he looks like his bat will play.

Kopech seems to have flipped a switch.  He went from meh to the guy we hoped he could be from one start to another.  And then he continued it into another start.  Hopefully we'll see much more of this guy moving forward.

pitchers man.

Kopech of the last 10 days definitely seems like a different guy, and that is a good thing.

8 pitch inning for Michael. He has given up what, 3 hits in the last 13-14 innings?

Was that a 6 pitch inning?  That only happens when the Sox are batting.

Ever since Kopech cut his hair, he's been good..

If Giolito, Cease, and Kopech are all pitching well, suddenly there's a road to a dream season of 81-81 again.

It also looks like Cease flipped a different switch. Watching him last night was like watching him 3 years ago.

Missing badly at times high and low. His command seems very tenuous at best.

Minnesota is cool in that the sprawl is good and within an hour you can be at one with nature.

This is an odd game in that the White Sox haven't really gotten anything going but still have 6 runs.

I was on team bullpen for Kopech and he is looking really good.  Was good to see him come back with normal rest and pitch well.

In reality, Kopech has little experience. His arm has always been there. It takes time to learn to be a major league pitcher. Perhaps, he has learned somethings and is ready to show what he can do.

Strong pitching & solid defense will win you some games.

Cleveland thinking they can stretch everything into a double like they did last year against the Sox.

Burger having a series! Probably ready to get out of the city of Cleveland:

0-10, 7 K's, 1 RBI

Burger is wearing out the Sombrero.

Jake, my man, you need a day off or something perhaps. Absolutely brutal series, but it happens.

Hopefully Burger is compressing all his suckage into this one series and lights it up again after this.

The man bun was affecting his release point.

Time to switch to a chicken sandwich.

I see that Jimmy Lambert is in for the rare pitching bookending of a series

Man what happened to Cleveland, all their hitters outside of Ramirez must have had the horseshoe fall out of their ass.

Much better, much better. Sox win!
