We can still win the division. Tomorrow is a new day and a new game

Your commitment to the bit is admirable.

  • I don’t know how this doesn’t infuriate everyone. The Sox are one of the worst teams in the league yet find themselves in one of the worst divisions of all-time and somehow are still in a playoff hunt

Lopez always looks scared when things get really tight

Alright, put us out of our misery

I swear Lopez is afraid

Lopez is about as weak as it gets in crunch time

Im the only one who likes Reylo?  He needs a catcher that can reel him in imo.

Imo our catchers are terrible at understanding pitch selection and location.  Kinda like our hitters swinging at so many bad balls

9.80 era sure he will get Sox 1-2-3

So the last time a starter went into the 7th was Lance Lynn?

I'm not a fan of the hewer innings starters when you have a mentally weak pen.

The manager is keeping one of 2023’s worst hitters in the 2 hole because of what he has “done in this game” previously, totally ignoring what has transpired right in front of him on the bench. He is actively hurting the Sox chances to win out of “respect” for Tim Anderson.

This guy should not be managing an ML team.

This answer is an embarrassment itself.  Grifol can show respect by leaving him in the lineup, but certainly not hitting second.  TA gets paid big money to perform well now, not for what he has done in the past.  Should be hitting in the bottom third of the lineup, until he comes back to form.

Grandal has hurt this team so much this year

His bat is so slow now

This dude can't buy a strike and Perez hacks at the first one

F U Jabronis keeps the runner at 2nd without a threat.

Back to last half inning. Sox HAVE to get Burger out of the lineup. He’s an automatic out. If you figure in today, he’s batting under .100 for his last 15 games. Replace him with anybody . . Any  body.

A’s will bunt the runner over then score on a wild pitch……

Might next year as well.  They are extrememly weak at catcher and they might have to sign him.  Plus I can't imagine he has any trade value.

Lolol down the Fucking middle

No shot in hell they bring him back

He's not a catcher. He is a declining DH pretending to be a catcher.

Sox sure can find achieving players in droves.

So Luis Robert attempting to take third with one out...Burger still sucking...and bullpen struggles once again the story of the game?

No way he is back under any circumstance

When they tried to hide him lower in the order, there was revolt over not getting "the best hitter on the team" more at bats lol.
