For those of you who will be playing at home the pitching probables are Crochet vs Turnbull.

Sorry to have started this so early but I was afraid I'd forget....I really didn't expect to be starting more than 1 of these in a row.

I know it's hard to believe but they won the other day, so I am obligated to do this again.

This will be a real test for Crochet on the road against a legit lineup with some good fastball hitters who take professional at-bats like the Dodgers.

Probably about due for the dreaded dead arm period as well.

Game 2 looks like a sure bet for Philly...if ever there was such a thing in day-to-day baseball gambling.

Like back in the day when they'd face Randy Johnson.

I will say, at least Pedro is moving guys around instead of stubbornly keeping them in the same spot in the lineup.

Appears that he’s Crochet’s personal catcher unfortunately

I'm not exactly sure that I like Fletcher in the leadoff spot, but that makes sense since I'm not exactly sure if I like him at all.

Not sure I like Sheets in the outfield but he has to play.

I do find it interesting that the Sox claim Eloy's healthy so why isn't he playing his natural position in the outfield instead of taking Sheets spot as a DH?

the most memorable Sox game I attended, we went back-to-back-to-back off Randy Johnson. You could probably guess the year.

Maybe because he's an accident waiting to happen in the outfield?

As bad as Sheet is in the OF, he's never killed someone else out there...

That's my most memorable moment at a game as well. Three homeruns in a row and then a 3-run homer 3 batters later.
