Buehrle was in the booth tonight too. Missed most of what he said thanks to my dumb nephew wanting to build a fort, but Happy Mark Buehrle Day

Another great game by crochet. And good job by Cannon showing these bums in the bullpen how to close out a game.

They actually won a game?

In 2024, that IS special.   This win brings us back above Martin Maldanado's OPS in terms of winning percentage.

Even a club as bad as the White Sox can't lose them all.

Happy they got the W for Crochet and Robert bombs are always great!

4 homers by Robert since he’s back, he and Crochet are the guys you should build around, not trade, the only thing is Robert can’t stay on the field. The Sox should hire the best personal trainer they can find for Robert, I’d also probably move him to right field so he wouldn’t have to cover so much ground.

It’s incredibly tough to say, but I think you move on from Robert for that reason. Get a haul. He just isn’t reliable enough for a team that desperately needs reliability.

Eff the rebuild just give me nine good men (and a DH).

Two since he's back, he hit two before he got hurt.

I love watching Crochet pitch, big mf'er that will leg kick and bring the heat. He's a keeper, don't trade him away.

Works for me but not JR’s miserly ways.

I thought about that but wasn’t sure and we were heading out to breakfast at our favorite diner.

Well as the saying goes you can't lose em all

Was at the game, felt bad for Duke.

Great game though, very fun.

Actually 2 since he's been back. The other 2 he hit in the same game March 30 .

I think we are seeing the kinds of reasons spending some time working your way through a minor league system has some value.  There are so many little things that major leaguers do bigger, faster, and better than any minor leaguer does.  If you aren't getting their incrementally, it is a big leap in those aspects.  I think we saw some of that with Ramos, and we are seeing it again with Ellis.
