  • You are allowed to be excited by moves. What the hell are sports for if not that? Take some joy today. They got the best guy on the market.

There’s a lot of Ben Johnson commentary around already, can anyone recall one assistant coach being linked to another team this early in the process? If so, did it actually happen?

A lot of it is because of the recent story that came out that he was interested last offseason but nothing came of it because the bears stuck with Flus (😭)

All offense last night, Burrow to Chase was insane.  Tough no call at the end

Bengals breaking fantasy football at 4-6.

Pretty unbelievable.

Caleb Williams makes Justin Fields look like he gets the ball out quick.

I have never seen a team have worse series to open a game than the 2024 Bears. It’s like they’ve never played football. WTF do they do all week?

Waldron scheming absolutely nobody open. Line hasn't even been the problem today.

Moose is saying nobody is getting open.

Stevenson has given a half ass effort every since benching

Doesn’t matter what happens the rest of this game, how does Poles think this is moving forward correctly? Your No. 1 Overall pick and franchise QB is totally lost. There is a ton of drama around this team.

They need to make a move tomorrow, I’m out on Poles if it doesn’t happen

Retaining Eberflus and hiring Waldron were

obviously bad decisions and now we are wasting a year.  Great job Poles

I'm done with the Bears.

The Hail Mary broke them and they still have not recovered, and mostly because of how poorly Flus handled it afterwards.   If they lose this game in the manner we are currently seeing, which is lost and listless, Flus needs to get fired tomorrow

They have no choice, honestly. You lose at home, to the 2-7 Pats..how much more do you need to see? What are you going to see against the Packers, Lions and Vikings that is going to change your mind? lol

They honestly don’t have a choice if they care at all. If they don’t, it’s just more proof there isn’t a “serious” organization in the city

I am this close to just giving up sports. I really need it right now, but none of the teams are serious.

If they lose to the Patriots at home, Eberflus is obviously fired right? I can't imagine he survives this

I just don’t see how you sit in a Halas Hall war room and argue for keeping him, without money being a huge part of the equation

lol Caleb Williams has zero faith in his receivers.

Caleb has missed guys and a few checkdowns, but for the most part he has had NOWHERE to go all game. His receivers don't get open on the handful of plays he isn't immediately having guys in the backfield.

This team fell apart very quickly

Just so bad all around.  Caleb is getting hit and rushed every play, the defense is getting gashed by Drake fucking Maye.  This is what you get for refusing to make the tough change

gotta be at least a 50% chance someone gets fired after the game. But the bears run their org like the Sox, they do things their way instead of the way successful franchises are run.

Oofff, 3 pts so far vs NE.
