Luis Robert or Oscar colas plays left. Throw Michael A Taylor in center. If colas doesn't work send him packing. Maybe will keep Robert healthy

It’s easy to see how he is not favored by Getz when you see this play, haha.  Remember how he also had no clue what a relay throw was and would always try to gun it home when he had zero shot of throwing a runner out?

Oscar Cola, lol...is this the one where the ball went off his head in LF or an altogether different play where he had a throwing to "nowhere" error?

I saw this transaction yesterday.  Was this @CaliSoxFanViaSWside’s favorite or yours?  I can’t remember.  Worth a shot, although the dude is already 29.  But he has shown more with the bat than Colas in the majors.  I still would have dumped Fletcher for Canario and would watch to see if the Mets end up DFA’ing him.  Canario has age on his side.

I wouldn't call him favorite. He's a guy. I wouldn't cut Fletcher. Colas is next up, for me. Fletcher can still play a meaningful CF and still has the pedigree of a hitter.

His trade value has just been flushed right down the toilet.

No it hasn’t, he’ll have two months at least to show he’s fully healthy

Between Moncada Jimenez Robert in 2024...and Benintendi already this year, lots of wasted millions.

Seriously. The season doesn't even start for four weeks. He probably misses 20 or so games at most.

Hand fractures are never good for power tho

Sloan Park Saturday. I was in the bleachers behind him, under the roof. Came out from under to check if the sun was in his eyes. No, it wasn’t

Cal Mitchell, another LF option, had a really great play the following day but struggled with another...supposedly due to the sun, according to the broadcasters.

If Braden Montgomery has a great spring training perhaps he is the new left fielder.

I’m excited about him being good one day, but he’s headed to A-ball and probably one of the first cuts.

It was Cali

Only if Chris Getz wants to replicate Rick Hahns dumbest mistakes.

If home plate was 12:30 from where Oscar was, I’d say the sun was at like 2:30, 3:00

Not even sure who plays LF now

Fletcher and Colas have new life.

I think it was Cali.  Yeah, that’s the only reason I would keep Fletcher.  The ability to play all OF spots, even if he can’t hit.

You, tray, and greg need to stop this moronic bullshit.  Do you actually want to ruin one of the few potentially good position prospects we have?

Rehab minor league starts after he is healed will add to the time out.

The baseball gods probably never heard of the white sox.

We thought Vaughn was rushed...the guy hasn't even played MiLB baseball in short season format.  And he's coming off a relatively major injury as well to his ankle/foot.

He's at the earliest a late 2027/early 2027 (May) arrival.

Benintendi doesn't matter.  Sunk cost.   It actually opens up more playing time.   The only problem is it's going to make it even harder to trade him in June/July....he's got to hit like he did the second half of the season from May on, and he's got to play at least "solid" defense and not be such a liability...

Montgomery back issues are much more concerning.
