He's been here 6 months, he doesn't have his own major league pitching coach, and I would assume he's focusing his work in the minors. I do suspect some of these vets (primarily Robert) are casualties of the new approach). The point wasn’t that he was “fixed” in Milwaukee FWIW. It was that Fuller couldn’t fix him. This was gone over yesterday or earlier or whenever. Losing 80% of the time probably makes many guys hate coming to the park every day. Say what you want about personal pride and professionalism. Maybe that's a Jerry thing if Jerry still cares about the team at all. Helping one's divisional rival or the Cubs used to be a no-no, prolly still is. Can you name names. That's heartbreaking to hear. I always see Comiskey as a happy place, win or lose.
