Poles should be so embarrassed about this performance, especially his most recent draft class.

There were a couple of us who were the biggest advocates on trading that #1 pick instead of taking Caleb because the Bears still had way too many holes on their team. With that being said, I don't know if Poles would've made the right selections anyways with those picks.

Yeah there’s nothing to suggest he has any clue on how to scout talent. It’s ridiculous he’s not on the hot seat.
