You need to let him work through it.

Good point . Probably didn't want Quero catching day game after a night game.

Adjusting to a newish catcher not always seamless  but still has to throw strikes which Smith hasn't done. Just not a clot of command today.

Mets have decided to let anyone but Vargas beat them. Not a dumb concept.

Miguel Vargas is becoming a problem for MLB and I'm here for it.  It's about time we see a legit prospect work out.

BTW- how much longer do we have to keep trotting out Rojas before we can see what we have in Bryan Ramos?

yea he's got nothing on his off speed today. maybe humidity is playing a part.

For now, would rather see Vargas back at 3B with Elko at 1B.
