Getz is burying himself with his own poor personnel decisions, letting other GMs lead him around by the nose, etc. but he's not getting a lot of internal help either.

They need to get lucky and have just one everyday impact player.

To me it was the start of the complete clown show of an organization. Hiring LaRussa was the worst decision this organization made in the last 10-15 years and I think it just put us even more behind. We clearly had the talent to capitalize on and it just all went to s%*#. Hinch would have gotten way more out of that group. Tigers were in a much worse position when he took that job and has helped right that ship.
