I like seeing later round picks succeed. Antonacci was 5th round. Davis Martin was 14th round (2018). More successes like these can sure give the franchise some much-needed depth.

I'm confident Bonemer will be a good player. Hagen Smith, not so much at this point.

I got to watch him in the Fall League. He was my favorite player. He made some great plays. For me it is kinda cool to see a Fall League player promoted in such a short time.

@kitekrazy sam was signing for kids in Seattle too, he was just leaving as I was pulling up to my seat. All the kids appreciated it. If you go on twitter it seems it's something he does almost every game. He's just a really great example of a ballplayer and kudos to the scout that ID'd him. His tools aren't loud but his game is.

You want a really bad nickname for SA? He's the Spur that is putting the giddy up in the lineup.

Sinatra was the Chairman of the Board. That nickname should be retired with him, plus it's another JR mention.

With Mune on the IL for a good part of the season, Sam has to be in the running for Rookie of the Year. This player's intensity reminds of Pete Rose. Sam and Chase Meidroth have been exceptional place setters. Too bad Mune is gone for a month or two...that injury kind of wrecked a potentially great season where he was driving in Sam, Chase and others.
