Shane Smith returning to his 2025 form at some point would really change the complexion of the rotation.

Wow…Davis getting the yips yesterday proved costly. I really thought one of the lefties would have been replaced.

What’s the deal with Teel? He was supposed to catch 9 more innings yesterday, right? He was DH. Maybe he was just a little sore/tight and they played it safe?

I'm starting to wonder whether it was just mis-reported about him being slated to catch yesterday.

For the love of God someone ask this front office why they want so many shitty lefties in the bullpen

Teel not in Charlotte’s starting lineup today. Was this planned?

From what I read yes, he was being given the day off.

Yes, planned. Going to be evaluated today for final decision.

How Joe Rock stays on this roster mystifies me.

Other than the obvious missed playing time from the team, I was hoping to be rooting for him in the homerun derby this year. I’m guessing that possibility is probably less than 1% now with this injury.

Whenever he's back (hopefully tomorrow), Teel will require a 40 man move to be activated from the 60 day.

Think it's at 39 now, so he'd get the last spot. A Romo option would be the most likely 26 move, unless Quero gets a 10 day trip to rest whatever is nagging him.

Hopefully tomorrow comes with timeline updates for Mune.

I think the evaluation is "did the plane to Chicago land safely?"

Maybe they believe in the law of averages and 1 or 2 might eventually be good.
