Whomp Whomp Whomp...

One of the few really bad games of the year. First time they had Davis unable to be their stopper.

With everything else we've seen, just gotta accept it and move on.

Hurts though.

Gomez has just dominated us

Team looked like they were playing hungover tonight…need to clean that s%*# up tomorrow and get the W.

2 bad games in a row and a quick turnaround. Sure hope they look better tomorrow afternoon.

Dogshit game. Might be tough avoiding the sweep.

Outfielders and DH were 1-17. Not a big shock

This game so fucking winnable…

That sweep was due to be reversed by baseball gods with Martin scuffling for first time in ages, poor defense, no clutch hitting.

Road games you've also lost that big-time atmosphere building in Chicago the last couple of weeks.

2 1/2 back now

Rangers Orioles Blue Jays A's Twins all pushing up from behind.

Defense lost this one more than anything else. Find a way to salvage the series tomorrow before a much needed off day.

First loss this year that hurt me. Hate to see it.

Acuna felt like star tonight lol...or Vargas for a bit carrying over from last night.

There were a lot worse ones with Dominguez and Leasure late.

Martin and defensive lapses cost the game.

Bound for those every once in awhile.

It’s a good problem to have, but if they draft Roch, do they have room to keep both Vargas and Mune? One would have to be DH

That's a tomorrow problem. Bird in the hand.

What is the reasoning behind hitting Quero cleanup? He is hitting below the Mendoza line.

Given the upcoming schedule the Sox really needed to take advantage of playing a team that was below .500.

Hopefully they at least can get a win tomorrow and not start the brutal part of the schedule without at least some momentum.

Need a W Wednesday

And they need to figure out a different was to pitch to Gray on Wednesday, he's killing them.

I thought this team would roll to 77-78 wins this year. I've said it wouldn't surprise me if they won 82. This season is fun as f***, but they're going to hit rough patches. They should have swept SF in SF, and they should be mangling the Twins in Target Ballpark (I don't know the name, won't look up). Ant-man, Hill and 10-D are going to have to pick it up if they want to make the Hall, like I predicted. I think they will.

Maybe Caulfield should just apologize, and he'll calm down.

Side note - Tullamore Dew's a nice compliment to Canadian Club.

Not the time to get swept. The stretch coming up is way too tough to go into coming off a 3 game skid. Need to pick it up tomorrow.

I love Canadian club, always get laughed at when I say it’s one of my faves.

Apologize to who/m?

We were due for a bad stretch, hopefully they get on the right track soon before things get out of hand.

Face it, boys and girls. We're not the same team since our first baseman got hurt.

Lucky to get the sweep this past weekend when we could have easily lost 2/3.
