2 hours ago2 hr Doyle has an option, I think is just backfilling Nolan Jones, with Hays due for a DFA Edited 2 hours ago2 hr by mqr

2 hours ago2 hr Did we overestimate what people around the league though of Mason Adams. I mean, what a dog s%*# return.

2 hours ago2 hr We may have to escape the binary thinking on guys where we either only look at what they've done this season or we only look at what they've done before this season
2 hours ago2 hr He has 1500 career at-bats in Colorado and has a 670 OPS. This is no small sample size to work off of. The only other thing I would say is that Getz and team have been very good about fixing swings. Maybe they think there is a fix here that makes him a serviceable 4th outfielder. But man, surprise Mason Adams value is that low.

2 hours ago2 hr He went from being a guy people were worried about losing in the Rule 5 Draft even though he was injured and missing a good amount of time to being thrown away for an underperforming (putting it nicely) player

2 hours ago2 hr Don't like this but in Doyle's defense, he's been injured for large parts of the year

2 hours ago2 hr Seems like the second trade where we give up more value than we receive. Someone must have really been pushing for him.
