I say this over and over. I don’t give a s%*# who the announcers are. If the Sox win that day, whoever it was were the best announcers in the world.

Chase has regressed the last month offensively

Please tell me the zone shows that was a strike

It was

Just a terrible game for Meidroth. Can we trade him and Taylor for a star?

That’s a forgettable game by Chase. Woof. Basically his fault the entire game.

Just awful hitting. I wish Chase would have taken a pitch

Meidroth needs to sit. You fucking take 3-1 dude hasn't thrown a strike

Well we outplayed them and lost. Too bad. Probably didn't deserve to win both of the first two.

Extra innings lose again

Meidroth cost them that game. One sac fly in the million times he came up with RISP would have made the difference

3-1 in the rain, you don't swing at that, 1000%. You make him throw a strike, and then go defensive.

That one is on Meidroth, 100%.

He had the pitcher on the ropes and swung at a pitcher's pitch on 3-1. This is like the 4th time he's screwed up in a big situation like that in the past week.

Depressing

Thanks for nothing Meidroth...

He’s just an extremely average player. The Sox will be better when they can replace him.

Dude was all over. Even if he throws a strike you make him throw 2.

He’s freaking out up there. Too much bouncing around.

Don’t see Chase being around in a couple of years

Gah! Beat by two low BABIP singles

This is also why we need to stop hitting Meidroth so high in the order. He is not a run producer and putting him up there switches his whole approach IMO

Better not be

Meidroth needs a day off or two. Put Antonacci at second and Grichuk in left for a bit.

He's literally in the bottom 3rd percentile in bat speed, and has a number of other flaws when you check his metrics. He was totally overperforming.

I still can't believe Meidroth swung on a 3-0 count. You aren't that type of player my man. Murakami, Colson, Vargas sure. Not you.
