I mean, was Noah as 'opener' the actual play, or is he hurt? Bizarre half inning.

Wouldn’t you have someone warming up then?

Schultz going to shove tonight. I got a feeling!

I never make game threads or grade trades, just so I can say I told you so later. It’s a sound strategy and something only a supervillain like me could think of.

Me and @WhiteSox2023 have a special relationship that allows us to joke with with each other. We are online buds. I would never besmirch his character unless he really needed to hear it

People like to justify the game last night, but that was a huge momentum killer.

Fully agree.

They were both brought up too early.

Braden has looked about as underwhelming as any Sox positional prospect the last couple years, this kid was supposed to have power, he literally has about as much pop as Chase Meidroth

I think if the White Sox have the last at bat last night, they win that game.

Where is Bevington when you need him ?

Chase is on fire!!!!!

My thoughts exactly. What happened there?

Hopefully Sandlin goes 6 innings, we win the game, and Will is secretly a genius.

I suppose that maybe the confusion all came from the umpire wrongly telling Will that he couldn't pull Noah. But I don't know why Sandlin wasn't loosening in that case.

No chance. Pretty sure will just screwed up is all and the ump Gave us a break by letting sandlin warm up a little bit

So what happened? Seems like an injury.

Go look up Randy Johnson's rookie year. He is very much Randy Johnson.

Wrong. Johnson was a beast from Day 1. Big time stuff, just wild. Schuiltz throws lollipops. They don't even look alike. Johnson was big, strapping, strong. Schultz needs to hit the weight room.

Schultz and Hagen: 0 for 2 and overdue.

Meidroth is the best 2B the Sox have had in along time.

See?

Also, Meidroth is an absolute stud in all aspects! @fathom - Please apologize for previous comments that were mean and inflammatory!

Main managing decision I disagreed with last night was pulling Castillo so early. Although I wouldn't have given him a long leash at all so it's possible that not much would have changed had he gone out for another inning.

Of course there was a terrible coaching decision sending Braden home in extras.

STOP BURNING FUCKING CHALLENGES IN THE FIRST DAMN INNING

Dumbass challenge.

Thought he would be hitting the ball much harder

Vargas continuing where he left off .

Come on Grich - Step up and hit a bomb… we need you here.

This team and wasting challenges

Vargas having a rough stretch

Gotta cut out the challenges the first time seeing a starting pitcher. The whole problem is you're being fooled and you haven't had a chance to check the data to see whether your eye matches reality.

Chase not even gonna budge from 2B is he

Oh I am so shocked our 2-3-4 hitters wasted another opportunity with a guy on 2nd base with no outs

Fedde was their 2nd or 3rd best starter before being moved to the pen because we want to keep punting games with Schultz in the rotation

He’s negative fWAR on the season. Doesn’t change the fact he’s gotten the job done, but the FIP also makes it clear it’s not going to last IMO.
