Yep, was obvious he was worried about tomorrow with how he used bullpen. I bet we see Hudson or Hicks open.

Cause that worked out so well last time.

Mune is going to have a multi homer game tonight!

Get mentally prepared for an early deficit if itโ€™s Hicks. Heโ€™s been ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ lately

Obvious to everybody except Venable.

Yeah how about we don't repeat the same thing we did last week that lost us the game

Well that was absolutely pathetic

You're not gonna score 7 runs every game, putting up 3 in the first and managing Kay whom we all know runs into disastrous innings, had he pulled him before he completely imploded in the 5th, the Sox would have won tonight. The bullpen only gave up 1 more run, Kay gave up 5... that's unacceptable considering the bullpen isn't shot. Tomorrow you can throw out Urquidy to give you 3 or 4 innings but at least winning tonight would be taking 2/3 and trying to sweep instead we probably lose 2 of 3 vs an average Twins team. Venable sucks at in game managing. We all saw Kay was throwing trash in the 5th FFS after already struggling the inning before giving up 2 runs.

Guys looked like they gave up again.

So glad we don't even know who is throwing tomorrow.

Somebody needs to step up and get hot. A lot of going through the motions right now.

Only a couple of dozen plus games left. Nobody is going to get hot. That ship has sailed. This team is now taking on, a lot of water with rough seas ahead, with a Skipper who canโ€™t weather the storm.

The offense needs to figure things out. They looked terrible in Houston. And sans the homers, they haven't looked very good in this series. It's been a problem dating back to last Saturday. It's hard for this offense to score consistently when Mune is a black hole at the top of the order.

Actually wished we saw more LHP now.

Have anyone besides Peters and Colson actually been good the last week?

You just want to see more outfield starts from Tommy Pham.

Feels like Venable was trying to have his cake and eat it too once he saw the 3-0 lead. He was trying to preserve the bullpen for tomorrow and let Kay stay in for too long.

This one is on Benable for leaving Kay in too long.

Mune is gonna play against them too.

Maybe they were too worried about the lack of parking at the new stadium today.

No pinwheels!!!! Donโ€™t forget the amazing tradition of one of the worst franchises in sports!

There have been many losses that can be directly nailed on the blundering boob we have as manager. I donโ€™t care how much the players (supposedly) love him. To a man the players have to know that his in-game decisions are ludicrous and amateurish and so does probably the coaching staff.

he rarely if ever proactively pulls a pitcher out before they get into trouble, it's always too late when he does it

I'm not expecting him to be Ms Cleo but Kay has a track record here

Tell me more about how we should stop playing maybe our most impactful bat because heโ€™s in a slump.

We can't let Ober dominate us again tomorrow. Offense needs to come to life and score some runs by stringing hits together

Itโ€™s not easy facing the same team back-to-back starts, so hopefully that bodes well.

We never hit Ober well. Kinda got to him in Minnesota, but still only scored 2 off him.

No ingress, so they regressed.

Just need to win tomorrow. Today sucked, but if you can win the series thatโ€™s a positive. That needs to be the focus for them; winning seriesโ€™.

Sox caught a break with Cleveland and Houston losing but it's going to be a rough three weeks unless their get their stuff together.

You simply can't lose games at home to mediocre teams.

2-5 in the last seven games.

They just don't have the talent to put a good run together, to many holes.

And the comments about the manager's decisions are valid.

Letโ€™s get back on the winning track tomorrow!
