If this Sox do in fact miss the playoffs, I think a big aspect will be Venable keeping Mune at the top of the lineup when he was clearly struggling. He kept coming up in key spots and was routinely striking out.

How does a team with a negative run differential always seem to be coming back....probably because they are really only a .500 team and stink most of the time I would guess.
