  • How about you fucking win a ball game today?

  • Don’t worry Gavin, neither of those runners will score

  • We need to take 2 games. The rubber meets the road now. No excuses. We did this to ourselves and we'll have to grit our teeth and climb out of this mess somehow. They need to leave CLE up 1.5 games.

Just 1 more inning of Gavin and then we get their unhittable bullpen 🫠

What a fucking falloff.

Is it bad I’m homing he’s homesick and goes back to Japan after this year? Also, anyone noticed he still is doing the same crap with his bat position?

This has 1-0 loss in 9th inning written all over it.

He’s going to get booed this weekend badly

Maybe if he Ks in a big situation. I doubt the fans will boo him unprompted. Most casual baseball fans don't even know that he's been end of career Joey Gallo recently.

I am going to have a heart attack.

Braden is a disappointment. Remember his great start? what happened?

Dude is young. He’ll be fine in the long run.

This season was just fools gold. Reminds me of all those pre-Ricketts Cubs teams.

What about his profile makes you think he will be fine?

It would be an absolute disgrace to boo him IMO. Would make me embarrassed to be a Sox fan but it would be far from the first time I felt that way.

BOO-ne

Teel has not challenged multiple pitches so far, and they're sitting on 2 still.

Boyer cancelling all his Murakami-related marketing plans with Japan lol

He's Yermin Mercedes, only that when he was hot, it lasted a bit longer but he's fallen back to earth. He may be those Japanese players whom wreck their league and do nothing in MLB, sadly.

No I think this team needs more Tommy Pham

Sports are obviously different than real life, but if I’m nervous about something there isn’t a single thing anyone could do to make me not nervous.

f***, hadn’t thought of that

Hey! Look!! A deadline addition with a 107 mph exit velo base hit. What a concept.

Hey!! Look!!! A starting pitching deadline acquisition is starting tomorrow that actually gives his team a chance to win. What a concept!!

If I were a betting man I would bet every AB that Mune K’s. I’d win so much money.

But the odds would be terrible, it would be like betting on a 1-5 shot at the race track.

You see this with a lot of Japanese hitters that come over here. Fukudome and Yoshida are some examples. None have the same profile as Mune though.

I think Murakami will go to the Dodgers and they have the actual coaching infrastructure in place to fix anybody going through a slump like this, the Sox don't know what the f*** they're doing. When players become bad, that's it, that's all she wrote

108 off the bat, probably the end of the road for Burke coming shortly

Exactly this.

The clubhouse stuff is supposed to be Venable’s strength.

So much more disappointing than putting in the wrong reliever or whatever.
