Kind of ironic how that one goes. He's been missing all over the zone with his slider but it was basically working because it was mostly avoiding the heart and going to locations that would be uncomfortable to hit, like up and in. Then he misses by not very much (relatively speaking), but it's close enough to where the batter expects a lefty slider that he smashes it.

Fighting for our playoff lives and this bum still gets the ball.

This is what happens when you only have a few guys you can trust in the pen.

8 runs probably isn't enough with who we have available in the bullpen today.

The pen has been damn good in the second but because the starters can’t give you innings they are just about gassed.

Maybe the Tigers will give us six more unearned runs. Probably our best hope.
