However the teams that need to improve (like the White Sox) have been busy making moves early and getting what they need now rather then wait for the scraps later. Everyone that has signed so far, the Sox shouldn't have interest in, or have been overpayed: Vizquel - given the extra year. He'll be 41 in that last year. Guzman/Castilla - Wow, way to make a splash, Washington... :rolly Percival - Good sign, but still, overpayed, IMHO, and the opinion of many others...
