with the powerful line up the Sox have been running out there, Freddy can relax and enjoy a day in the Bronx. Ho hum.

I love it when the Sox pitchers get on a roll. Duque, Count, now Freddy's turn... :headbang

Day Game...on the road...Freddie pitching...

Yankees...you're standing on the tracks and the train's coming through.

Big game. I don't care that the guy they have going is 3-0. We've got Freddy fricken Garcia going. We have a clear advantage in that department. Taking 2 of 3 in NY would be a huge boost of confidence for our guys.

Man I hope Timo doesnt play today

Let's go get em. lets show these people that we can beat new york after they got hot. :gosox1: :gosoxretro: :gosox3: :gosox2: :gosox4:

Oh man...I hope Freddy pitches a perfect game. Also, Ozuna shouldn't be that high in the order. He doesn't take pitches.

ugh, dont let Ozuna beat us

What's the over/under on Freddy giving up a run in the 1st inning............

Kidding, kidding, very confident with Freddy pitching as we should be. Some serious questions will be asked of the Yankees hitters if they struggle today as well. Only 4 runs in this series so far against the Cuban Connection.

Iguchi not in the lineup after hitting a HR? I mean, I can understand Crede not being in there (always popping up), but Iguchi? That’s kind of f***ed up, IMO.

Oh, glad to see Everett back. :drink

Ozzie rewards great play with a spot on the bench, then plays the crap out of the bad players hoping they will break out of a slump. Uribe has had this slump since opening day, and Crede hasnt been good outside of like one month out of the year.

Blumm should get some more time at 3rd. Methinks that Crede's back is acting up again. His approach at the plate lately has been poor.

I don't mind it. Besides his homer, he hasn't done anything at the plate. 2 DP's yesterday. I'd rather see Aaron in the 2 spot myself.

Actually Arow in the 2 spot would be nice.

The only thing Ozuna can provide out of the 2nd spot is the ability to hit-and-run if Pods gets on base. Besides that, he's a routine grounder to 2nd base waiting to happen.

That's backwards. He hasn't been bad outside of one month this year. But, terrible start to August should make it two.

Looks like Freddy is going to have to be very sharp today.

Did you guys just hear Bruce interviewing Griffey?

My guess would be Bruce Levine talked to Griffey seeing as to how the Reds are in town playing the Cubs.
