Defense has been pretty hard to watch thus far under Marc Trestman. Tr secondary is being picked apart by a very average receiving group

 

Just embarrassing zone coverage. Briggs has been bad, our safeties worse, and Frey worst of all.

Looks like it is going to be forcing turnovers or bust when it comes to stopping other teams this year. This defense has shown no ability to get off the field if it doesn't force a turnover so far.

It's ridiculous there hasn't been a holding call on the steelers. It's very obvious that's how they are keeping Ben upright.

I thought the point of the cover2 is to eliminate big plays but seemingly that is all we give up. Bears very well can still win this game but they might be the least impressive 3-0 team out there if that happens.

Whatever he is doing needs to be tweeked, Steelers offense especially one that was almost forced to be one dimensional shouldn't be able to move the ball this easily.

Just a reminder this was one of the worst offenses in NFL at plays longer than 20 yards moving in chunks at will. I'm o so confident about our d rest of game.
