I believe so. Hanley will be playing LF for Boston. He had a 135 wRC+ last season. Sandoval would be at 3rd in this scenario.

Yup. I am now in the group of folks that feel an over pay is in order if a team wants to acquire Alexei. Thank you Hanley and Boston.

#Phillies in good position with Hamels. Both #RedSox, #Cubs interested. Team that fails to land Lester could jump. Others likely in, too.

I certainly hope not. If Boston keeps Boegarts at SS and moves Hanley to LF then I suppose it would not bring Alexei's value down.

 

IMO, it helps but we all know what they say about opinions.

Boston's web site is saying they have deals in place for Hanley and Panda.

I'd love to grab Inciarte with either of Pollack/Peralta being my second choice. Inciarte would look great batting #2 behind Eaton. Maybe the offer Flowers and Semien for Inciarte and Montero? I'm probably way off but you know what I mean. Something like that allows the Sox to use Phegley in the backup C role.

i really doubt that AZL will go for that, he just won the ROY award. he is their
