Time to slow these f***ers down. I like this pitching matchup for a game 1 win.

Should get to see Joey Gallo for the Rangers this series. Dude has some pretty big power.

38 games til the break.

Let's play some good ball, and go 23-15 and get to 46-41 by the break.

Then make a couple trades, get better, and make the frickin' playoffs.

I wonder if Hamilton knows the Pabst brothers?

Ha, you'd have to imagine they partied somewhere together at some point. :cheers

What a strange story. I still don't understand just leaving the guy there and going to bed, although I am not holding Danks responsible.

Hearing the stories, I'd imagine Hamilton to be more of a friend of the 3 wise men.

Josh Hamilton is out of the #Rangers' lineup with an injury http://wp.me/p14QSL-2mKC

That didn't take long. Honestly at this point the question on Hamilton is more "can he stay healthy" then "can he stay sober"?

Jose Abreu (finger) still out tonight. Gillaspie at DH, Beckham at third. Soto catching Samardzija.

Why Gillaspie and not Garcia with Schuck in the outfield?

Jose Abreu plans to return to @whitesox lineup tomorrow - http://bit.ly/1d7BpDZ

Guess not....

1. Adam Eaton (L) CF

2. Melky Cabrera (S) LF

3. Adam LaRoche (L) 1B

4. Avisail Garcia ® RF

5. Conor Gillaspie (L) DH

6. Alexei Ramirez ® SS

7. Gordon Beckham ® 3B

8. Geovany Soto ® C

9. Carlos Sanchez (S) 2B

HR Contest open for tonight's game, should be a lively ballpark. Let's hope the Sox bats came to play some baseball tonight

Nice to see Avi is still 100% cleared to be in RF. Nice job Herm, getting him healthy.

7 pitches

7 pitches...REALLY made him work to start off the game.

That was quick.

And they see over 7 pitches in the first AB

White Sox in 1st inning : 7 pitches

Ranger Leadoff hitter in 1st inning : 8 pitches

Avi look what I found.

They should just call the game right now.
