But I'll have to see headlines and posts about a Cubs World Series this year. Book it. It's almost healthier to accept it before it happens.

I am thinking it is good to them finally win and have cubs fans stfu about it already.

September 13, 20169 yr It's funny, I was just thinking yesterday how few no-hitters there have been this year. Just one, actually (Arrieta's in April). There were a whopping seven in 2015, five in 2014 and three in 2013.

He's been incredible, but it's not a coincidence that literally every Cubs SP is among the leaders in lowest BABIP allowed. He has the benefit of pitching in front of a historically great defense.
September 15, 20169 yr Mets, Giants, and Cardinals lost today. Not saying I'm rooting for the Cubs in the first round, but the NL wildcard situation is a joke. If the Giants somehow win the play-in game, and then go on to win the World Series again, it would be a bad look for Baseball.
