If you're always just jerking other clubs around it's not ideal to getting things done and certain GMs do get reps. Look at the Mead trade. Boston is now a top 100 type prospect and Meade looks like a solid super utility guy. We had no room for him or Gonzo sadly, that's just how it goes, at least we didn't lose them for nothing.

How many years do you think it will take for you to start saying Great trade for the Sox ! Just because Gonzalez was the most obvious piece have you not been paying attention to all the "experts" saying the Sox had the best draft ? Bieber hasn't quite shaken off the rust after his injury-delayed start to the season. The boys have a chance to secure the series if they can avoid being his get right game. Through 4 starts, he's running a >2 WHIP with 26 hits (7 HR!) and 10 walks in just 17.2 innings. He's allowed at least 1 HR in every game, 3+ walks in 3/4, and gone 5+ innings only once. At the very least, it should be possible to get him out early. Punish him if he runs into the same troubles, or hope the Jays are content with an early hook for him to leave on a high note if he is decent for 4-5 innings. Miles and Corbin are two of their long guys who went yesterday, so good opportunity to keep the pressure on the Toronto pen. TOR offense made some solid contact yesterday and are on the lookout for tells; Vlad got something on Richards yesterday, and a bunch of hard contact including the 2 HRs followed.
