He has now cost us a few games with his bad in game decisions and bad roster construction.

Bulshit. Only a speed demon makes that play when they are positioned that shallow and leaning toward Center. He was positioned in the wrong place but was he to blame for that? The defensive positioning is dictated in large measure by how a batter is being pitched. The Manager and bench Manager are responsible for that.
