Watching from the good ole Ceres Cafe eh

If Warren got that bill killed by involving Chicago, I don’t see how they can keep him around. At this point the tariff effect has to have increased costs for literally everything going forward to a point that Warren is a massive liability now.

Makes total sense. Hopefully then can get Newcomb going again as that could be a pretty deadly pair against the Guardians.

mlb.com app has since changed it to TBS and HBO Max

Obvious move is obvious. They are obviously trying to find him his next job.

My oldest was born about a week after the parade. Now I have two kids in college. I was working downtown then and watched the parade go by on LaSalle from the CBOT. Even got my pic with the trophy at a phone shop just around the corner there.

I almost did the same. But after going to Minny and Stl for these guys the last month or so my "travel the midwest for the Sox" budget is tightening up a bit. I'll be at G3 though.

Interesting, having been there in '21 (but not this time.) In some ways you might expect there to have been more support back then, given that it was an easy division winner and a team people considered more "solid" and expected. But on the other hand it's the out-of-nowhere aspect of this team that makes it so appealing.

1B also isn't covered long-term if they want to move Vargas to 1B eventually for one of the other IFs. DH at bats exist too though I would rather not shove someone that young into a primary DH role. Would rather use that as a spot to rotate and keep guys healthy.

Fedde was just asking for some Photoshop / AI-generated memes.

TruTV has a purpose beyond the initial weekend of the NCAA basketball tournament? Who knew?

I thought it was on both?

"Will Venable has done a masterful job of turning the club around, and now he’ll hope to stun the Guards and secure what would perhaps be the most unexpected ALCS berth in MLB history." www.si.com

“We’re always overlooked, under-appreciated, and disrespected!” *The Sox attract more attention and more casual fans* “f*** off you fairweather fans, this is MY team!”

Can you work on Exorcism ? , just an JR thought.

And we sit absolutely last in MLB in revenue.

It's a quick 5 hour drive from Chicago, hope to see lots of Sox fans in attendance. Was surprised by the turnout in Houston. WAYYYYYYYYY more Sox fans there this time then in 2021

It me, Mr religiosity

It’s almost as if some Sox fans want us to perpetually be a small fanbase, low attendance, small revenue stream franchise. If you’re not from the South Side (specifically south of Cermak) or S/SW suburbs, if you haven’t been a lifelong fan, you’re lesser of a fan. By this insular logic, we’d have the smallest market size by far in MLB.

It is a great place to see a game. A definite favorite of mine.
