Would a hotel there really succeed year round? Like a Hyatt or something? But, as you said, we'll never know how the area could have turned out if Jerry didn't block development.

The reality is the playoffs have already started for the Sox. They have to play and manage all 9 of these just like that is the case. And if they do make the playoffs having to play with that pressure to just get there will definitely help them.
