I chose to watch "Air" tonight with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon instead of this trash. Made the right choice apparently. JR is going to lose this organization's most die hard and steadfast fans and its nobody's fault but his own at this point.

I still think the power is in there. It's going to take a little while away from Menechino for some of these guys to break away from what he was pushing. If he hasn't flashed the power by the end of the year, or had say a month or two where he pops 10 hr, then maybe start to explore other options. But I'd definitely hang onto him.

To be fair I don't think the author of the thread intended to insinuate "this is the most unlikeable team since the 2000 club." But rather this is the least likeable team in the last 23 years starting with 2000. Though I hated 2007 equally. Luis Terrera, Ryan bukvich and Andy Gonzalez are just a few names in there that still induce a gag reflex. But at least they tried.....they just had no talent.

Agreed. But even 3 of 4 puts them 9 under which is already a 5 game improvement from their rock bottom. A pretty nice amount to make up in just over a week. Gotta keep pushing and have a nice, solid May.

Ha fair observation. I think the lens is always tight on him because he, imo, has the highest potential. He was my favorite piece of the rebuild in that I watched him closely in Bostons system. And if he lives up to 2019 moncada which is how he started, he'll be a massive addition.

I suppose the biggest problem is the lack of communication regarding his condition. Which opens the door to speculation.

Awesome. Moncada is my 5 yr old and mines favorite player but somehow racism. That was a completely classless and ignorant response.

Would be a great time for Moncada to wake up and come back. Still don't really by the "disc" issue.
