I do like the way Hawk pulled no punches two games ago when he blasted Jimenez for not being able to bunt and nobody on our team (besides garland) being able to bunt. Nice win today vs. the Scrubs. Jon G is a keeper and we finally hit the s*** out of the ball and took advantage of Cub walks and bad plays afield. Nice win.

It'd be interesting to hear from Hawk or one of the baseball writers what the players think of Jiminez. If he is lazy and a bad influence that would affect my opinion of him. I do agree he doesn't deserve to be ripped too much for his hitting. His average has been around .290 to .300 all year, right?

Thank God the Royals are beating up on the Twinks, pushing our division leaders even closer to our mediocrity. I don't think we have the hitting to contend, but at least we're still breathing.

I can't quite figure out Roman. I think he's trying to defend his love of Frank, but I don't understand his hatred of Mark B. I mean Roman, tell us what you think of Harris, Crede, Konerko, Rowand, Olivo, Jose V., Tom Gordon, Rick White, Koch, also. My guess is you hate all of them cause they've pretty much all been as bad as Mark B.
