Poor relief pitchers/closers. Almost all of em suck after a couple years. Even the Royals' closer now has been on the DL this year and some are calling for Davis to replace Holland. It's a no win job. You will suck after a couple years of greatness unless your name is Rivera.

They might as well call up Micah as Fathom says. Try to not completely waste the season. Also get rid of everybody who won't be here next year. Release Soto and Flowers and Bonifacio and Beckham. OK, you guys win. Release Danks too and Carroll. Trade Lexi for scraps and trade all the guys I've been clamoring to trade in other threads. Bring up guys from AAA if our prospects aren't ready. Let the old dogs in our organization earn their big league pensions at least.

It must be humbling to be Scott Carroll. He's like Phil Humber after the perfect game. I know they make good money, but what's it like to be THAT ineffective a pitcher? I realize all of you believe Danks is just as bad, but I'd rather pick on Carroll cause I think Fathom and Caulfield could whack doubles off him right now.

Royals are winning with a starting rotation of Blanton (stiff), Guthrie (stiff) Young (stiff), Volquez (journeyman stiff) and I can't recall the fifth guy right now.

Here come the White Sox to town. Just what the doctor ordered for Minnesota. Just like the last time. Minnie was nothing and beat Chicago 4 straight in Minnie then 2 of 3 at the Cell and took off from there.

Why are the Sox so rotten in the Cell? Ball flies outta there.

There's no reason to trade Sale, Q, Rodon or Danks. Once again, that's a good foursome for the future. A playoff foursome. Now what they have to do like I said before is try again with the everyday lineup and bullpen. Trade all the guys I've mentioned in many threads as a do-over and also add Duke and Robertson to the trade lineup. You are talking about another chance at acquiring productive ballplayers. Hahn can't keep striking zero on trades. Granted Melky and LaRoche and Lexi, etc., won't bring as much as before but they'll still bring something. Boston is starting DeAza for gawdsakes. Teams need name players and we got em and need to f***ing trade them ASAP! Time is wasting. We're not winning anything with these guys in the future. Trade them now.

I actually wouldn't mind Trump winning the election. He's a smart businessman so you can rest assured he'd have top quality aides for all the important divisions of his staff. Current government officials have no clue how to have a prosperous economy. He's obviously a very patriotic guy.
