I think Anderson just never really had a very good approach at the plate but how does he go from batting title to worthless so quickly? But he hacked at a lot of bad pitches so once you realize he doesn’t have much more patience than Hobby Baez, just stop giving him pitches to hit.

It should improve. Obviously both young and old players can struggle, but with Meidroth, Quero, and soon Benintendi, Tauchman, and Drury, I can’t imagine it being worse. Also, call up Elko to DH. That should be 4 to 5 better hitters added to the roster after already adding Meidroth, replacing some absolute scrubs that have no business being in the starting lineup for an MLB team.
