  1. Mis has 16 swing and misses so far. 21 is his current high in his short career. Anyone surprised?
  2. Oh, I know it’s just one game but that’s what Brewers fans will say to further deny that leaving him unprotected in the Rule 5 Draft last year was a bad move.
  3. Now Brewers fans can say, “See? We didn’t need him anyways!”
  4. Unfortunately, this. It didn’t look good on paper and it won’t look good in practice.
  5. Our #1 starter couldn’t last 2 innings. Yikes.
  6. I noticed the same with my Windscribe VPN. I think MLB.TV seemingly blocked more and more VPN IP addresses over the years. However, the last three years I always use two locations in England and they have worked flawlessly for any game.
  7. Brooke Fletcher? I don’t mind. She’s not tough to look at, even with her three layers of makeup.
  8. Just need a VPN, and you could watch any game with it.
  9. Hearing Schriff-dawg’s voice for the first time just harshed my opening day buzz a bit. 🤣
  10. The power has been impressive so far, and like all power hitters he has a lot of swing and miss in his game. 29.33% strikeout percentage last season, but that should obviously improve.
  11. I don’t think it’s all that surprising. I would assume most people who expect a sophomore slump from Colson are anticipating pitchers “figuring out the book on him” since he only played the second half of the season last year.
  12. Were these letter or email responses from Jerry in the past? Also, do you think they came directly from Jerry or an admin assistant? Would be cool if you shared some of them on this site.
  13. What about faxes and emails? @WBWSF better up his game if he wants to shoot his shot.
  14. When everyone is in on it, nothing will ever come out. The supposed “victim” will likely receive some sort of settlement and the story will quietly go away eventually. There is no magic bullet theory. The “victim”, a CPS teacher and close friend of the mayor, accidentally shot herself after sneaking a compact handgun into the game. The gun was then allowed to be snuck out of the ballpark by her friend. The mayor, CPD, Jerry, and the “victim” are all aware of this. For obvious reasons for all parties involved, no one is going to tell the truth.
  15. Well, then, I agree with you. I was taking the perspective of just this season.
  16. Yeah, and that’s the other thing. How much faith does anyone have in the guys behind them? Cannon is blah. Newcomb has been a better reliever than starter. And the other starters are all young guys that would be starting in the majors for the first time. Plus, how many bad innings will be thrown by these guys until they settle on the best option?
  17. A sophomore slump for Smith doesn’t bother me as much as Kay still being terrible in the majors and Fedde having a single Philip Humber type season in 2024 with nothing left.
  18. When I first read the story, I thought it happened outside of a “strip club”. It still would have been ridiculously stupid but it would have been one small step closer to making some sort of sense, and no I don’t condone public master baiting, only for fishermen. But nope, it happened outside of a “strip mall”.
  19. Never forget… TMZMLB's Reese McGuire Masturbation Bust Captured On Video,...TMZ Sports has obtained police footage of the moment cops busted the MLB catcher for masturbating in public ... and it's SUPER AWKWARD.
