Tuesday around noon central we will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade the forum software. Should be down for 4-8 hours. Note: When it comes back online the new software is different (same forum software but a material upgrade). The color and skins for forum will be fine tuned over the next week after.

I am going to be upgrading the forum to the latest software. We are on version 4 and will be moving to version 5. I’ll have a post up once I know exact date - will be a likely 12-24 hour outage. Goal will be to have this done before opening day so brand new software to go with the new squad

Any idea where the pain was? Hoping this isn’t arm and ends up being a minor injury.

We all needed a few day break. I can’t wait until the days when this franchise is under new ownership and allows all of the deserving fans of the franchise a chance to dream again!!! We all deserve it!

Really needed this thread the past few days….glad we got at least a few more days of WBC. The semi final game should be real good - Skenes vs Dominican and now to see who is next into the semis

If anyone runs into issues send them here. I will use this as a good reason to upgrade forum software to version 5.0 but that will probably be in a few weeks (hopefully right before opening day). Speed on my phone seems to be picking up quite a bit (which is a good thing).

I think there are still some issues but stuff will start to recache and will make some more tweaks later today. Got to get the ads dialed back - not sure what is going on there

I’m not sure what happened - server company was doing normal maintenance and whatever they did it took all our sites down. Been working on fixing it for a few days - so appreciate the patience and apologies for the outage. It might be a bit choppy while we optimize it. If you run into issues - clear your cookies. Quite a few nights where I was up until 3 am (after work and after putting kids to bed) trying to figure out what server company did.

I kind of would have expected some kind of offensive from Ravens - you haven't gotten much. When there are reports out there of them meeting with Tray at same time Max was in the building - just not a good look.

This does really stink - in terms of the injury.

Both teams need new owners - they will otherwise be pathetic until than. Sad to say but I’ve come to admit it. I do agree that Sox are at least trending in right direction - might even have a pretty good foundation at same time new ownership happens.

Me too. Would remind me of the top of the 1st inning of the Angels first game of the 2002 season….angels gave up a bunch of runs in their home opener and I was in attendance with some friends and my best buddy got up and yelled - well this seasons over and sat down (whole outfield bleachers laughed)….well we still give him s%*# about that to this day….i hope you guys get to do the same to me! Note: Angels went on to win World Series that year!

Yeah I wasn’t joking about the injury purely comment about someone saying why was he playing or what was he playing for. Clearly WBC games are bigger than anything the Sox will play for this year. Wish it wasn’t true but it is.

That error by Sox was costly. I didn’t realize tie breaker is purely runs allowed against teams you tied against. So let’s get 2 runs here and than they are pretty much set right? If they lose by 1 but Mexico beats Italy by 1 - than us would win tie breaker against Italy due to run differential right? let’s just score 4 here but 2 makes the tie breaker scenario far better.
