Madden is right. That was all Greise on that play. The play was going to Mckie, but Griese saw Clark when McKie was basically covered (hate to bring up Rex again, but he wouldn't have seen him) and he made the play.

QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Oct 7, 2007 -> 10:19 PM) They basically clinch the NFC North if they win this game. Obviously I meant the playoffs. IMO, even if they lose this game, they will win the North. But if they keep giving good teams chance after chance with offensive and defensive penalties they are gonna be 1st round exits.

Damn Hester almost busted that one.

GB ain't gonna do anything this season unless they correct thier penalty problems.

In all of this, The Bears' D has really stepped up.

QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Oct 7, 2007 -> 10:04 PM) That was a Rex throw ^^^^^^^^^ Looks like Griese watched too much of Rex.

Keep giving us penalties GB. That is their main weakness. And they just got lucky off a tip.

QUOTE(whitesoxfan99 @ Oct 7, 2007 -> 09:57 PM) I really don't understand why Green Bay has stopped throwing the ball. Maybe they are trying to make a statment in this game that they can run the ball? Who knows. I think they forgot that the future H.O.F.'s M.O. has been torturing secondaries.

QUOTE(WhiteSoxfan1986 @ Oct 7, 2007 -> 09:48 PM) Another Mark Bradley sighting. And it seems the bears have abandoned the run again. And do you blame them? The Packer's D have basically PWNED Benson and the Bears O-Line.

I will not blame any team for trying to kick to Hester, but as a fan, I f***ing HATE IT.

I'll say this. I guarandamntee Rex couldn't make that TD throw probably wouldn't even see Olsen.

And Olsen just showed why he is going to be such a stud in this league if they ever give him plays.

QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Oct 7, 2007 -> 09:35 PM) I used to laugh at Rex Grossman, if that's what you mean by exciting. ^^^^^^^^^^ Nicely said.

Chris Young.....
QUOTE(hitlesswonder @ Oct 7, 2007 -> 12:44 AM) There's no team in baseball right now that would trade Chris Young for Javier Vazquez. Can I call bulls*** now or just reserve judgement? I've seen bold statements before but this is hella bold. Not saying I agree or disagree for the record but you nor I don't know what goes on in a GM's head evaluating players and believe me there is a mixed opinion on that matter.

Rockies vs. Phillies Series thread
What a game that was. Rockies going to the NLCS!!! They won (including reg. season) 17 of their last 18. Unbelievable.

Rockies vs. Phillies Series thread
I think some people forgot there was a game on today. Rockies are 3 outs away from advancing to the NLCS. Rockies-D-Backs matchup should be quite interesting.

D-Backs Cubs Series thread
Holy s***. Believe it or not this dude looks just like a friend of mine who happens to be a cubs fan. But.. I haven't seen him in like 2 years so I could be wrong.

Chris Young.....
Just for the record, many know here from the years that I've personally posted in soxtalk that I was never a fan of Chris Young when he was a prospect so really this info is just moot for me personally. Now if Young goes on to have a HOF career, or is one of the best superstars come 2+ years from now then I will eat crow and admit I was wrong about him. Just throwing my two cents.

Red Sox / Angels
Talk about adrenaline rush, Escobar is hitting 98+ out there. I don't watch that much Angels games, but that is the fastest I've ever seen him throw it. (usually hitting like 92-95, 96 occasionally)

Red Sox / Angels
QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Oct 5, 2007 -> 08:33 PM) That a way Angels. ^^^^^^^^ I can't stand Dice-K (mostly cause of the media) and the BoSox. I am in good shape of every prediction I've made on the playoff teams. God I hope I'll be wrong on this series prediction (I have Boston winning and just looking Row, me and you basically picked the same teams to win in the division series except this one.)

Yanks vs. Indians
QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Oct 5, 2007 -> 08:32 PM) had to throw the fastball there. at least i would've. It was obvious it was a change-up, but that pitch was weak. Actually Hafner would have made the adjustment anyway. He knew one or the other was comming. He's just happy he stayed back on it.
