  1. QUOTE (2nd_city_saint787 @ Jan 21, 2012 -> 11:44 PM) Or this guy? Youre not the one with the man crush on Parra are you? Or perhaps you have 2 accounts? Hell no. That is JoeCoolMan24. Hell, he has his damn name on his sig if you hadn't noticed.
  2. QUOTE (DBAHO @ Jan 21, 2012 -> 10:01 PM) Gallinari had 37 points also. Anthony was 10 for 30 in the end. He's just killing any offensive efficiency that team has. Amare didn't even attempt a shot in the 4Q or both OT's apparently. They have no point guard to control the game for that team. In other words.. they have no direction and are usually killing any type of flow to the offense. Raymond Felton was a big loss for them if Knicks fans want to admit it or not.
  3. QUOTE (Felix @ Jan 21, 2012 -> 01:54 PM) Everyone knew Adelman was a terrific hire. He's one of the better coaches in the league. There were some who questioned it with his specific philosophy, but I call them misinformed people. Almost anyone was better than Rambis (especially with his triangle offense) in many people's eyes anyway.
  4. For anyone who missed the whole sequence. Very entertaining game (especially on national television) and teams. Adelman is a very good X's and O's guy. (always has been) Told Felix before he was a terrific hire, especially for Rubio's development.

Didn't even bother to show up for work yesterday. f*** that. Probably will stay in this weekend anyways. Snow sucks.
  6. I need to find my own version of Gina Carano out here somewhere... sigh.
  7. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Jan 19, 2012 -> 08:36 PM) Every time something like this comes out, I fear Alexei is really like 32 and Viciedo is like 26. Although Viciedo actually looks baby-faced. Alexei.....not so much. Usually it's the Dominicans with the false information not the Cubans.
  8. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 19, 2012 -> 11:25 AM) Shaq played a full season there didn't he? 75 games in 08-09, which was the most games he played since 04-05. He also praised the medical staff over there.
  9. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 19, 2012 -> 11:22 AM) And I believe they've had other injury recoveries in the past decade, someone remind me? Amar'e is one.
  10. Same first name as me. That is reason enough to sign this young lad.

QUOTE (danman31 @ Jan 16, 2012 -> 09:37 PM) I'm concerned how you know this...and no one questioned his intellect. The chat had some interesting convos (drunk, sober, high, etc.) my friend.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Jan 16, 2012 -> 04:45 PM) I'm surprised Felix doesn't care that I implied that he has a small penis No, no, he can handle that (it's the truth) but question his intellect and he'll put you in your place.
  13. Seems as if the momentum changed then Thibs put Deng back in during the 4th quarter. Great game by the bench mob though for fighting back. And Mike Conley is a very underrated PG. Always has been.
  14. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 16, 2012 -> 10:51 AM) Derrick Rose (toe) was wearing a protective boot when he arrived at the FedEx Forum in Memphis -- Monday's matinee tips off at 1pm EST. Gotta say, I'll be pissed to have stayed up all this time and Rose doesn't play.
  15. QUOTE (Felix @ Jan 16, 2012 -> 10:22 AM) "In a single game, from 1946-47 to 2011-12, in the regular season, requiring Points >= 40, sorted by descending Points." I am an idiot. Happens when your running on 2 hours of sleep. Carry on.
  16. QUOTE (Felix @ Jan 16, 2012 -> 10:09 AM) It's not even that hard. Basketball-Reference has the free Play Index, which makes any sort of research like that incredibly easy. Kobe 40-point games: http://bkref.com/tiny/7Iubi Jordan 40-point games: http://bkref.com/tiny/Ibvtr Go nuts Are those Jordan's regular season numbers? I couldn't find his NBA record 63 point night in 85'-86' playoffs against Boston. (which was a loss BTW )

As much as I love Common destroying Drake in disses, I don't think he should waste his time with that fool.
  18. Nice win for the Hawks tonight. Stalberg has been great this year. Complete 180 from last year, just a different player. And Shaw is becoming a fan favorite already. Love that kid's game.
  19. crazy f***ing s***!!

Happy B-Day bro. Goes a long wayz back on this board buddy.
  21. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jan 12, 2012 -> 11:50 AM) JayZawaski670 Jay Zawaski Toews, Hossa and Kane named to NHL All Star Team | Red Light District I believe Sharp would have been named instead of Kane, if not for the injury. Congrats to those three though.
  22. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 12, 2012 -> 08:54 AM) It blows my mind that VDN has been put in charge of molding first Derrick Rose in his first two years and now Blake Griffin. It's insane. I still believe he stunted Rose's growth as a player from those wasted two years of development time. (scary as that sounds) And once the Wizards actually give John Wall players who don't have the basketball I.Q. of a small infant, that would definitely help him as well. He still has to improve his jumper (and be more aggressive to the paint) but his upside is still ridiculous. Still only 20. And this is embarrassing. (in practice at that) Javale might be the dumbest one playing with Wall.
  23. To be fair, Phil Rogers is terrible.
  24. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jan 11, 2012 -> 07:40 AM) Columbus has to be impressed with him. In four games against them this year, he has 3 multi-goal games, including last night's hat trick. Maybe they won't notice that he only has five against everyone else. 4 Games against them. 7 goals + 1 assist. He owns them.
  25. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jan 10, 2012 -> 11:12 AM) I think that's what Synergy Sports does. They have video of every play of every game and break things down for you. I'm pretty sure they classify heaves as shots from 40-50+ feet with little or no time left on the shot or game clock. Pretty much. It's a great tool to use in the future. (which I'm sure Felix will use for an argument about Kevin Love ) If I wasn't so wrapped up from work (gonna get sleep now, work at 6 pm) or wasn't so lazy to register, I'd re-register. They have graphs/charts/etc.. Obviously we won't know every little detail about the game other than watching (people won't remember every play, each game for instance) but just like baseball with saber/fielding bible/etc., info like this is increasing and getting noticed.
