  1. QUOTE(Kid Gleason @ Jan 17, 2006 -> 10:12 AM) Hey, can you tell if you are on "ignore"??? No, if someone has you on ignore there's really no way for you to know. There's a few people who reply to my posts even though I have them on ignore because they don't know better.
  2. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Jan 17, 2006 -> 10:38 AM) BJ Upton is no longer the top Devil Rays prospect. Delmon Young is and he might just be the best prospect in all of baseball. The only problem is, Delmon may never reach the bigs seeing how the D-Rays have handeled him. He's been saying for a while now that he's ready for the bigs yet he can't find the field. Hell, he was already talking about free agency and how he can't wait to find a new club earlier this year. When you have your top spect pissed at you because you're holding him back and he's already looking 5 years down the road at FA, you know you must be doing something wrong as a franchise.
  3. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Jan 17, 2006 -> 11:23 AM) Someone has it in their sig. I believe Crede isn't a free agent until after the 2008 season so the Sox still have rights to him for 2007 and 2008. I had it in my sig for about 3 months, it will be making a return appearance. He is ours through '08 so you are correct. I speculated a few months ago that Crede would probably get about $2.5M if he ended up going to arbitration w/ Blalock and Belliard both making $3M next year and Crede's stats being less impressive than theirs so the $2.675 makes sense for both sides I guess.
  4. Abreu is rated perfectly and he's nowhere near a hall of famer. 190 career HRs from a RF who will be 32 by the beginning of next year and showed significant regression in the second half of last season is not someone I'll be thinking about when it comes to the HOF. -Overrated- - - Abreu - - -Underrated-
  5. QUOTE(Tadahito Iguchi @ Jan 13, 2006 -> 04:00 PM) wharris1 why does your signiture say r.i.p. willie. Because Harris is no longer on the Sox but his love for Willie is ever lasting.
  6. He hasn't made any announcement yet but Antonio Pittman said "Donte's gone."
  7. QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Jan 13, 2006 -> 12:41 AM) it makes sense like this: (for the visually impaired) the script in his signature reads, I'm guessing, my computer's information, or anyone's computer who is looking at his sig, such as the web browser, ip address, and internet service provider (isp), and then posts them in that graphic. I was expressing concern as to whether that information is seen by anyone else. glad I could help. It says your IP info in the sig. Only you can see it. Anyone else viewing the sig sees their own info.
  8. QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Jan 13, 2006 -> 12:34 AM) yeah, but can everyone see my isp information? How does that question make any sense?
  9. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Jan 12, 2006 -> 11:20 PM) #2 hitters, as in the guy who hit in the 2 slot? Or the second batter he faced every inning? The guy hitting in the #2 whole in the batting order. (i.e. Iguchi) QUOTE(rventura23 @ Jan 12, 2006 -> 11:18 PM) is that true? thats an interesting stat. Do you know what the other poisitons in the order hit off him? #1: .282 #2: .373 #3: .262 #4: .283 #5: .255 #6: .224 #7: .214 #8: .253 #9: .187 Buehrle is also money between pitches 16-45.
  10. QUOTE(Random @ Jan 12, 2006 -> 10:49 PM) that, and Tommie harris's head is cut off in the shaddow pic. It's not cut off, the back of his head is light so when it's darkened onto the water in the background it doesn't appear. And yes, I have a better pic of Vash that I'll eventually put into it when I get a chance.
  11. All I want Chevy to do is make a modern car with the exact same body as the '71 Chevelle, pack that puppy with all modern features and a nice sized engine (I really don't give a s*** about gas when it comes to this) and a similar interior and I'd buy it immediately. I love classic american muscle and would be in heaven if I owned my dream '71 Chevelle 454 SS with modern features.
  12. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jan 12, 2006 -> 08:44 PM) Likes talking about gays because he's had sexual relations with Mike Caruso many times. I defend Mike Caruso because he was a badass and gets a bad rap (kinda), the fact that he's a sexy beast is secondary. Oh yeah, this thread should be dead by the time I'm done with it.
  13. This thread just got a whole lot gayer.
  14. Personally, I find the lasso tool gives you a much cleaner look than the eraser as does the edge finder.
  15. You also stole my avatar idea with Sunshine Bear.
  16. I had Gio Gonzalez and Chris Young as my favorite minor leaguers. I now have Kris Honel and Nick Lemon as my favs.
  17. How can James Andrews proclaim Bagwell unable to play if he just had a heart attack 3 days ago?
  18. QUOTE(DukeNukeEm @ Jan 10, 2006 -> 08:08 PM) Theres not much to talk about when it comes to this game. Bears won earlier this year, maintain that defense gameplan (the Panthers havent changed thier identity at all) and adjust the offensive gameplan to open up the field a lot more. Key to the game is Tommie Harris. He shuts down the run, we win. When it comes to stopping the run I'd say Ian Scott is more important than Tommie Harris. Harris has proven to be a very good pass rusher but I'd say right now Scott is the bigger body and is used more to clog the middle of the line. Plus when Lovie is really looking to stop the rush up the middle he subs in Boone.
  19. QUOTE(Texsox @ Jan 11, 2006 -> 06:02 PM) I think the double border would be better like ver 2 of the first one which was sweeeeet You mean to put a black stroke onto the outside of the already existant white stroke? EDIT: duh
  20. QUOTE(AirScott @ Jan 11, 2006 -> 12:55 AM) or possibly seeing how he responds to the challenge of AAA. Well, he responded poorly to the challenge of AA so I don't have much faith in him stepping it up in AAA.
  21. Thinking of Josh Fields starting for the Sox in the future makes me ill.
  22. QUOTE(Felix @ Jan 10, 2006 -> 09:07 PM) Has a name using a players old number. Ultimate White Sox apologist.
  23. QUOTE(DukeNukeEm @ Jan 10, 2006 -> 08:34 PM) he's ranked for 2007 I probably should have actually read your LB and '07 rankings instead of just skimming through the thread and seeing someone quote you on it.
  24. Just a note: Paul Posluszny is going back to Penn State for his senior season. Torn knee ligaments will do that to you.
