Ben Davis was huge prospect for a while. What's Wise's OBP at this point? He somehow is still hitting and keeping his name in there for the CF spot. Also, I know Betemit has a bad glove, but is it worse than Fields? He looks like he'd almost be wasted talent on the bench.

For all of our worry about Lillibridge, his avg is up to .266. That's not too bad. I'm loving the tandem of BA and Getz by the way.

What else does BA have to do to earn that starting spot? Seriously, if he's in the 9 spot we'll be fine.

Considering his defense, the ideal would be after Konerko is gone, Allen at 1b, Viciedo at 3b, and Fields DH. Or Retherford at 3b and Viciedo at LF.

Honestly, it makes sense for him to wait. I would almost be worried if he signed for that cheap. It would potentially look like he knew something that the team didn't. Regardless, it's cool to see how excited he is to stay in Chicago.

^^^ Didn't he recently get contacts or something like that? I'm sure that's helping. Richard just does not seem to be able to make it through a lineup multiple times. First time through he's great, but he can't do much after that.

Is it possible that Betemit is starting to match what scouts once saw in him? His bat seems better than a bench player.

I hope Beckham goes to AA simply so I can see him in a few games before he gets moved up.

Wise is coming back down to earth, which is exactly what BA needs.

It's too bad that Nix doesn't seem to be able to stay healthy, he seems to be doing well otherwise. Also, I think one of either Richard/Marquez is a lock for the rotation.
