I know a young pitcher is going to have his growing pains but if this is a glimpse of the future we're getting tonight I like it a lot.

Fun night to be a fan, a Blackhawks win in the SCF and a rare Sox blowout win.

With the Hawks trailing 1-0 and around 7 minutes left in the 3rd period I decided to break out my secret weapon . The weapon is the song Do Ya by ELO. I originally started using this song to celebrate a Johnny ODuYA goal in the Finals in one of the years the Hawks won the Cup. I broke it out in game 6 against the Ducks and the Hawks scored the go ahead goal the song after it finished playing. I made sure this time that the commercial had ended before I started playing it. Just as the song was finishing ( do ya do ya want my love, do ya do ya want my love wooo ohhhh ) the Hawks tied it up. Less than 2minutes later the Hawks got the lead. No I'm not superstitious at all

What a great 1st period. The Hawks are getting the puck out of their zone much easier. The Ducks bottle up the boards pretty good on the forecheck and a lot of time they get possession and start that cycling they are so good at. The Hawks aren't blindly throwing the puck up the boards and having a Ducks player cut it off. Keep up the good work Hawks !

What a great game . That stretch of 3 Ducks goals in 37 seconds was nuts .

The starting pitching is better. The defense seems better since Sanchez was brought up. The bats really have to wake up. Seems like forever since the Sox had a 3 run HR . Just stranding too may runners. The team leader in HR's has 6 . 6 !!! There must be 50 guys with more than that and the league leaders have nearly tripled that .
