So it's confirmed by NYT that the devices were recovered due to the FBI probe into the Weiner sexting with a teen scandal (I assume across state lines?), that then meant they took Huma Abedin's phone's as a part of the investigation. Anthony weiner's dick picks spurred this, pretty crazy election I'd say.

In civics classes, they often made jury nullification out to be kind of romantic, and used to fight broader injustices against clear crimes committed. But man, sure seems like it's mainly used historically to prop up white defendants with racist (deep south) or petty grievances (not being allowed to used land that does not belong to you).

I think the above from gosox is true. I also think it's true that while the pipeline is paused, to allow the challenge in the DC court to get heard first without politicizing it at a national level. Where democratic politicians speak up, it automatically becomes a great idea in the republican lawmakers. And should dems fail to win senate, I'd forsee this becoming a thing where 500 votes are held to specifically bulid the pipeline through the reservation itself. Only half kidding at the last part.

Portis is an interesting DNP. I actually thought Rondo looked pretty bad. Wade looked great though, shows what he can still do when fresh. I found myself pissed off any time he was called for a foul. It didn't seem like that was allowed when he was in a different jersey.
