  5. Reading conflicting things, I took the Arya seen that she was about to warg, but others said she was blinded as punishment.
  6. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Jun 15, 2015 -> 03:40 PM) Who was the best hitter in the draft that they passed on? Trout.
  7. Looking at the onslaught of position players joining the big leagues with highly anticipated debuts, I have to wonder if the Sox will have come out of a generational surplus of hitting talent empty handed because of organizational deficiencies, though possible they were able to take advantage by getting better pitching talent than they otherwise would have.
  8. QUOTE (PlaySumFnJurny @ Jun 15, 2015 -> 02:17 PM) If he's good to play, then he really should have come back out for G5. I think its a feint, and he sits. It sure looked like he broke his collar bone. I can't imagine the pain of getting checked into the boards with a broken collar bone. Perhaps a mild shoulder separation? May all be for show.
  9. Yeah Verajao looked awful to start year.
  10. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 10:48 PM) It's called depth. You know, that thing the Cavs don't have any of. It's called a healthy Verajao in May, you know, the thing that never happens?
  11. Also lol at the "Verajao returning"
  12. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 10:08 PM) Anyway, as good as this Warriors team is (and they're f***ing good), it just goes to show you there is a certain amount of 'luck' that goes into winning it all. I still believe that a healthy Thunder could've beaten them in round 1. Not having to go through the Spurs at any point was another blessing (the Spurs would've dusted the Rockets). And then, of course, the Cavs. This could've been an all-time great finals. The Warriors don't have to apologize for anything. They beat who was put in front of them. But it could've been A LOT harder. You and your healthy Thunder. That team showed nothing at all to show that this was the year they put it together. They wouldn't have been able to beat memphis or clips, let alone the Warriors.
  13. I, like everyone else, was watching that game saying "Get Delladova the ball!". Give me a break, that is a garbage team outside Lebron. If they had Knicks jerseys on they'd have the #1 seed.
  14. The wall was the one saving grace of this season. The show writers are no longer doing a good job of showing the plot building upon itself, it's just advancing now like a two-bit ABC drama. But the dialogue was worse too, that Jaime/Myrcella scene, the horRENdous tyrion/jorah scene. The candle "turning away just in time" and myrcella death were so gimmicky. Just awful execution this year. Need a new set of directors.
  15. That was a God awful episode.
  16. Unsure, his pavers background inclines me to say yes but his fluff articles so far aren't specific.
  17. Maybe let's stop planning the parade yet.
  18. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 12, 2015 -> 01:09 PM) Wasn't Boylan a Bulls interim head coach after Skiles or something like that? You are thinking of Jim Boylan: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Boylan I was too, very confusing. and this is Jim Boylen: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Boylen
  19. I was gone 3 days for my sister's graduation, showing my lack of commitment for my company.
  20. I have every confidence in this team to finish out. They are so good at countering adjustments as the series goes on. Do people remember how dead in the water the Hawks looked after game 3 vs. Boston in 2013? They then eeked out a game 4 and then began going right at the Bruins presumed strength (Chara) and won in 6 games. That might not happen this time, but this team has earned my confidence.
  21. QUOTE (joejoedairy @ Jun 11, 2015 -> 11:54 AM) Any word on the Anderson injury? Came here to post the same question.
  22. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 11, 2015 -> 03:51 PM) Well, between the CWS, him actually signing and all of that, I'd imagine the status of the big league team might have some bearing on it too. I can't say I've really hated the plan of taking the top pitcher and moving him quickly. What kind of innings has he been throwing at Vandy this year? Probably 100+
  23. I would be shocked if we did not sign Hickman.
  24. QUOTE (knightni @ Jun 11, 2015 -> 02:51 PM) Fielder, Choo, Moreland, Gallo, DeShields, Hamilton, Tolleson, Gonzalez, and Gallardo have all been hot over the last 30 days. Is that allowed? i thought an entire team of hitters was only allowed to struggle at once.
