  1. Because they signed Dozier?
  2. From Zach Lowe's ten things column and it goes on... http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/25679396/10-things-like-including-james-harden-kobe-jordan-territory-nba (the bulls gave up 124 last night)
  3. To be honest, I don't think sox seriously consider a leak to be part of their strategy. I think KW probably does it because it's fun, and others do it, and it's part of the game. And Bob N runs with it because he needs content. And the best ones try to sniff it out and give the best possible context for what's happening.
  4. I'm pretty annoyed with this Parkey crap. They are trying to shoehorn the reality into the story into the a morning news "get back up on that horse" treatment.
  5. If he plays baseball at all before draft it would mean he's playing baseball. While the team building process in baseball takes many forms, draft picks are too valuable in today's nfl to take the risk that the As just made.
  6. Was it though? Going into the draft everybody though he could be a comp round selection worth risk but the big narrative was nobody knowing if he’d choose baseball.
  7. Absolutely bananas.
  8. The thing I love about Bob is he will absolutely just quote whatever nonsense comes out of what of his sources mouths. I’m pretty sure he hates this part of his job. He just wants to tweet about mindless feel good stuff like how when a player hits a homer it was so incredible because his great grandfather used to stitch the baseballs that were used for homering.
  9. I may very well bat Anderson 9th. (also soak in porcellos salary to get Jackie Bradley jr for 2 years by giving up like ... i haven’t thought about that yet then also the Red Sox stick chavis in the corner.) Lol oh wait that has Harper in it no salary acquisitions then
  10. I somehow always ignored that the As get NO compensation since he technically signed. Starting to wonder if this was just a brilliant salary cutting move to avoid paying a first rounder. Wow that was a risky move. I wonder if As can request ... some form of pick compensation?
  11. If the social media staff of the show knew where Bryce was going trust me we all would
  12. Brewers are on an insane run of good acquisitions. Their only big miss I can remember is Schoop.
  13. Or just misinterpreted info
  14. Actually yea I’d break it in Twitter then quit my job and use fame to be a realtor.
  15. Id probably pm some soxtalk people but wouldn’t post it
  16. That’s like four years from now!
  17. Guys Roeper broke it stop trying to avoid giving him credit
  18. Cool now caulfield is gonna come in here with a market analysis for like 15 areas to build a stadium
  19. What are you talking about I’ve aged 10 years during this process
  20. haha I am same way. I do think phillies are starting to panic and that's good for manny but I feel really good right now.
  21. Wildstein is good again.
  22. Sad Shelby Miller signed. The last time I wanted a pitcher like this that badly was that one marlins pitcher who never pitched well again and I can't even remember their name.
  23. I don't see cowboys letting go, would probably need to become assistant head coach anyway.
  24. Maybe but I feel confident in saying the total value of contract will be less than Stantons but the AAV will be higher.
