Sadly, the leaders of the Catholic religion haven't always been paragons of virtue. Not sure what it says in "the rules" about pedophilia, but, for the record, I'm opposed to it.

It's kind of funny to see the national love he's getting now that he's a Red Sox. It's not as if he hasn't dominated before.

I was in college during the early days of grunge, so this hits pretty hard. I remember just being stunned when I heard that Kurt Cobain died. I wasn't a huge Soundgarden fan, but Cornell definitely had one of the great rock voices of all time. "Say Hello 2 Heaven" is probably my favorite song that he sang. I just pulled it up on YouTube, and it stills holds up as a great vocal. Cool lyrics, too. Music is one of the things I find that can instantly transport me to another time. Sometimes I hear a song, and i know what it felt like to hear that song when I was in high school or college or on a road trip with friends. Condolences to all the fans that grew up with Chris Cornell as their background music.

Good thing he's only the President.

Obviously, this is a pretty simple interpretation of photos and videos I've seen, but look at how comfortable and loose Trump looks with the Russians in the photos vs. how stiff and uncomfortable he has looked with Germany, Japan, Canada, et al.

Yep. It's ASU Gammage. It a nice theater. Pretty casual, though I shake my head at some of the people who show up in basketball shorts and the like. Balcony is super steep like Sox park's upper deck. I had front row of the balcony a few years ago, and the railing height was right around my knee level. One little stumble on the way to my seat = no more Middle Buffalo. Luckily, I'm tremendously athletic.

I just bought season tix for ASU next year (I've had season tix a few times in the past, as well). 8 shows - including Hamilton - cost $240. Granted, they're balcony seats, but the Hamilton ticket was $30. Had to buy a season ticket to get it, though, but it's a good place to see shows.

For a guy who claims that he doesn't like Trump, Greg sure fights hard to defend him.

I'd love to know who Greg voted for President. I'll say this about Greg - he may be infuriating with his lack of consistency politically, but at least he's a respectful poster. Some people in this thread would do well to emulate his overall demeanor.

There was a pretty good article comparing the Bears' move for Trubisky with the Chargers' move in '98 from 3 to 2. The Chargers paid a ton more, and they ended up with Ryan Leaf. Our notoriously frugal president probably just doesn't like that the dinner is a charity event. He can take the insults - bigly. But those poor kids can pay for their own schooling.

But, Trump continues to prove that he is just a bully, and as soon as someone turns the table on him or has an opportunity (the reporter & WHCD), he runs and hides. And, Greg, it's ironic that you are getting frustrated by people not answering your questions, but you are defending Trump for doing the same and and being evasive.

If you asked me when Humber threw his perfect game, it's as likely that I would have guessed ten years ago as I would have guessed five. I have no frame of reference for his time with the Sox.
